ஹோம்புஷ் தமிழ்க் கல்வி நிலையம் 1987 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஹோம்புஷ் ஆரம்பப் பாடசாலையில் சனிக்கிழமைகள் தோறும் எம் இளைய தலைமுறையினருக்கு தமிழ் மொழி, தமிழ்க் கலாசாரம் என்பவற்றைச் சொல்லிக் கொடுப்பதற்காக நல்லெண்ணம் கொண்ட சில பெரியோர்களால் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது.

Highly Commended award: According to Tamil Study Centre, Homebush resolution brought into effect in 2010, this award is presented when the first three TSCH ranks have not been achieved by a student studying Tamil in Australia since year 7 and is presented to the student achieving the highest marks within that category of students.
