Dear Parents / Students,
We are happy to announce the following events, scheduled to take place on the last day of term 2, 01 July 2023.
- Prize distribution for speech competition
- Parents – Teachers face to face meet up and
- BBQ (Students and parents)
Prize distribution timings:
Morning classes: 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM
Afternoon classes: 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM
Parents/Teachers meet-up timings:
Morning classes: 11:30 AM to 1 PM
Afternoon classes: 2:30 PM to 3:45 PM
BBQ Timing: 11:45 to 1:30 PM
Afternoon class students are therefore requested to start at 1 PM on 01 July 2023 to take part in BBQ.
Attendance in general is mandatory as student report for term 2 will be distributed to all students and parents are requested to sign them before returning it at a later date as mentioned by the teachers. Anyone who haven’t collected their previous years certificate, medals or trophies, kindly collect it on 01 July 2023.
A lot of students and parents have been raising questions regarding Dr. Ilango Vendanar examination dates. It is scheduled for the 12 of August 2023 and prize distribution for Dr. Ilango Vendanar examination will be held on 05 November 2023 . Further details regarding the same can be enquired to your respective class teachers through WhatsApp or the principal in person.
P.S: Its a gentle reminder, as the creative kids voucher is expiring on the 30 of June 2023. To all those who have made payments/utilised the vouchers, a big thanks, kindly ignore this reminder.
